- In 2023-2024 St. Luke will adopt a schoolwide virtues program that focuses on core values.
- Conduct expectations are woven into classroom routines, keeping students on-task. Teachers spend very little time addressing disruptive behaviors and are able to focus on the joyful work on learning within classrooms.
- Schoolwide projects addressing local as well as international needs are designed each year to honor the liturgical seasons of Advent and Lent.
- Older students serve as mentors and buddies for younger students, and are held to standards of exemplary role models.
- Middle school students complete 10-hours of service, as well as a service reflection, each trimester.

Spiritual Formation
- Each day begins with Morning Prayer, during which the entire school gathers to devote the day to God, celebrate each other’s success, and hear important announcements about student life.
- Kindergarten through 8th grade attend Mass on Fridays. Classes lead Mass by serving at lectors, gift bearers, altar servers, and members of the choir.
- 2nd grade students prepare for and receive the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.
- Middle school students participate in annual retreats, often led by Catholic high school students.
- Whole-school experiences of Blessing of the Animals, rosaries, and Stations of the Cross take place each year.
